It was 1960 when writer Pedro Tavares disappeared from room 671 of the Hotel Pérola in Caxias do Sul. The case caused some stir at the time, but the only thing that came to light was that Pedro was writing a tell-all book, recounting true events that would expose several people from his hometown, the faraway Porto Tempestade. No one could solve the mystery and the case was shelved. Months later, rumors spread that the hotel was haunted by the writer, and it went bankrupt. But in 2020, detective Benjamin Lisboa decided to reopen the case and has called you and your friends to find out what happened to Pedro.
